Week 6

This week:

  • Four loaves of bread
  • Taught Relief Society
  • Had my hair done while studying for my lesson
  • One snow day (for everyone)
  • Lots of inches of snow
  • A trip to Topeka to the ENT for TB and LM
  • LM needs tubes
  • TB still has his tubes in *victory dance*
  • One home inspection
  • Repairs we can agree on
  • We think we’ve finally sold the house
  • We think we’ve found a new house
  • Hurry up and wait
  • Made 42 cupcakes
  • New glasses for LM
  • Baby shower. The quilt has met its intended owner
  • Lots of noses wiped
  • A cold is threatening
  • The walls are bare

Their thing. They tilt they’re head to the side and wink (The Boy tries to wink at least) then give you a thumbs up. This has become something fun to do when one certain young man is getting into trouble. Always the joker.

The big kids and I went to the library for Christmas crafts, story time and snacks.

Almost everyday after school The Boy loves to come  home and have a glass of chocolate milk. Here he is wearing his favorite shirt. He wears it everyday after laundry day.

The Boy stepped in a sticky mouse trap. He had sticky stuff all over his hands and feet and on his pajamas. That was fun.

We sat and watched them play this made up game for I don’t know how long. We never quite out the object of the game other than to get the other person with your blanket. As far as we could tell there was no score being kept. It was entertaining for all.

She is just starting to understand the concept of staying in the lines. It’s so fun to watch them figure stuff out.
