This girl is getting ready to start middle school next week (trying unsucessfyly probably to keep my freaking outness to myself). We've been having discussions lately about growing up, and things she might be getting a little too old for. However I find myself being completely ok with her having "go to the park" to swing and slide and climb on her list of things to do. Finding balance between wanting her to stay young and yet encouraging the responsibilties that come with the growing up stuff. We're figuring it out together. #missruthannee
