I realized when I was all snug warm in my bed that I hadn't taken a single picture today. So I grabbed my phone and snapped a couple. Thank goodness for camera phones, right?
The first is of my glasses and scriptures. I have multiple sets of scriptures, it just happened that way. This particular one was given to me by my parents when I was 8 years old. On my birthday, the day I was baptized. I love using this set for my own personal scripture reading.
Looks like a pile of blankets, right? Well it is. This is what I see when I look over on my side of the bed. The kids, occasionally, will wake up in the night and come and get in bed with us. But them kids are getting bigger. Meaning that I turn into a punching bag. For the purpose of both punching and kicking. I came up with this ingenious idea, if I do say so myself. When they come, always to me, in the middle of the night I direct them here. There are mornings I wake up to find Miss Thing laying there, she didn't bother to even wake me up to ask. The Boy, on the other hand, isn't always fond of being given the floor as the option. When I give him to choice between his bed and the floor he almost always says the floor. And that is the story of the little bed, on my side of the bed.
